Access follows real relationships
Administrators, coaches, players and parents receive different capabilities based on tenant and team links.

Data security
SIP combines tenant-aware authorization, role-based access, protected originals and configurable cloud storage controls.
Why it matters
Stop treating the workout, the calendar and the game as separate conversations. Give everyone a clear place to start β and something useful to come back to.
Administrators, coaches, players and parents receive different capabilities based on tenant and team links.
The original recording is treated as the source of truth throughout capture and upload.
Object storage, encryption and deployment settings can be adapted to the selected infrastructure.
Hiding a menu item is not a security boundary. SIP's application design requires every protected data request to rely on API authorization, with role and membership rules determining which teams, events, recordings and profiles a person can access.
Super administrators manage the platform, tenant administrators manage their organization, and coaches or players see teams through explicit active links. Parent access is connected to supported player relationships rather than broad team administration.
SIP is designed for secure cloud deployment, but it does not claim a certification merely because infrastructure supports encryption or private storage. Production controls must be configured, monitored and validated for the environment where the platform is operated.
This approach keeps the security story honest: protect credentials, restrict storage access, encrypt appropriate traffic and data, preserve audit context, maintain backups and test recovery rather than relying on vague promises.
MAKE THE NEXT SESSION COUNT
Give your team a clearer plan, your players a stronger routine and every session a place to live.
